Board of Trustees
The Denny Ashby Library Board of Trustees is composed of five members from the community who are appointed by the county commissioners to serve five-year terms. A board member may serve two consecutive terms. Each member serves without compensation. Current Trustees are:
Patti Weaver, Trustee since 7/2020,
1st term expires 12/31/2025.
Jim Borley, Trustee since 1/2014, Vice-Chair
2nd term expires 12/31/2023.
Maria Dispenza, Trustee since 1/2020, Secretary
1st term expires 12/31/2022.
Eric Argyle, Trustee since 1/2021, Chairman
1st term expires 12/31/2025.
Teresa Tom, Trustee since 1/2020,
1st term expires 12/31/2022.

Explanation of terms:
A trustee can serve a maximum of 2 terms of 5 years each. When filling an un-expired term, it shall count as a full term only if more than half of it is served. If less than half of the term is served, the trustee is eligible for 2 more full terms, per library policy.
